Be careful sending in valuable items
This is a very real and legit company. I did business with them before and everything was perfect… The reason for the 1 Star Review is because I did a trade in last year and USPS picked up my package and it wasn’t received by Gizmogo. It wasn’t until after the incident they advised me that I should’ve had insurance. This is something you tell a customer when they first start the transaction! Not afterwards. I’ve been going back and forth with the USPS and they aren’t helping. I emailed Gizmogo again and no one never responded back. I would be careful sending my devices in to places like these if you don’t have insurance. Be sure to be insurance and take pictures as a precautionary measure!

I've recycled two broken phones with this company. I am so happy they exist to keep broken phones from polluting the landfill and to salvage the precious metals and usable parts. They make it super easy to send in the items with free shipping, and depending on the quality of the phone, you get paid a fair amount too. Definitely recommend checking out their website for all of your electronic device recycling needs!

A better way.
I had three old laptops that I had been planning on disposing of in some way. I decided to check with Gizmogo. I was amazed when they made me an offer to purchase them. I would definitely use them again when I have another electronic device to sell or dispose of.

Quick Refund for Surface Pro
I had a Microsoft Surface Pro that I hadn't been using in a while and wondered if I could get anything for it. After a quick search I came across Gizmodo online. I searched and quickly found out I could get money for it by just sending it in. They sent me a pre-paid FedEx label, I sent it off and within days they contacted me that it was inspected and my money would arrive in days.

Easy and convenient- would use again
Very convenient and easy way to sell my old phone. They sent me a box/label to safely send back my phone, quickly inspected it and easy and quick payments. There was an issue with the payment via Zelle but this was quickly resolved with a chat with customer support. Would recommend and will use again.
