So disappointed that they are currently not in production, hope that’s rectified soon! I’ve tried numerous supplements, but my dog’s tear stains were a thing of the past and their coats were in terrific shape!
I’ve used the product for one of my dogs for about 18months. It totally cleared up his tear stains and stopped his constant face itching over the course of a month, I was then able to reduce the amount used to maintain the effects. I’ve tried many approaches and many products and this is the only one that’s helped.
The company had a loss in the team and were unable to continue production for a while which was understandable. During the period without my boys face slowly started to get itchy again so I’m very glad that they have now started supplying again.
Supply is currently limited and I contacted them directly about availability and they were very helpful and polite. I’m a big believer in speaking to people how you would like to be spoken to. We had an unfortunate mix up regarding address and they offered to rectify this without me asking so I’d give the customer service 5 stars as well as the product.
Well I can’t complain about the product, but the admin side, don’t really know how to talk to people, after asking when they would be getting stock back in there this is the reply I got (bad language,man read what it says on the website, we are dealing with covid and a death. Read what the bad language,it says above out of stock) this is what e mail I got from them, obviously they don’t know how to be polite
I would suggest to avoid , as it’s quite useless .Reading these reviews on their website , probably all fake , thought wow I must get it as my frenchies have stains , Bought a bag for £30 to remedy tear stains and ended up putting two dogs on steroids as had bad reaction . These, “all in one” ingredients , caused big disappointment . There’s smell of turmeric but no one mentions of this .Bought for 4 French bulldogs , they did not like the taste at all , after 4 days had to put two dogs on steroids as had really bad reaction and others two has mild allergic reaction .
On the website it doesn’t mention 100% satisfaction guarantee so must admit I’ve just fallen for the good advertising and fake reviews . Hope my review will help to save you money and disappointment. I’m surprised that they haven’t got reviews on here yet !
