Broken, no response

I ordered several glasses from Glamuran to Sweden and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I purchased 4 champagne glasses with flamingos, but 3 of them arrived broken due to poor packaging during shipping.

I also bought 6 water glasses with turtles. These arrived intact and worked fine for a few months. However, over time all of the turtle decorations fell off because the glue was very poor quality. They held for a short while, but now the glasses are just plain water glasses with no decoration left.

Overall, the designs are cute, but the quality and durability do not match the expectations, especially considering the price.

In addition, we contacted the company several times regarding the broken items and the quality issues, but unfortunately we never received any response to our messages. Because of this, we have not received any replacement, refund, or compensation.

Great service and product

Great service and product! They shipped the glasses to America within a week without any damage. I highly recommend them and will be buying again soon!
