The boy who came out was a nice helpful pleasant guy . Had to get a weld done on alloy. Took the alloy away didnt notify me i needed 2 done so they just proceeded to do all the work without letting me know and then told me I just need to pay or he will just hold on to my tyre . Rude & if you dont want to unexpectedly pay more than your told don't bother with them .
As I say again the gentleman who fitted my tyre was brilliant , whoever was taking my call - rude , forceful & not professional .

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments regarding our fitter, and we’re pleased to hear that you found him helpful and professional.
To provide some context, when our fitter attended, the tyre was completely shredded and the alloy wheel was found to be cracked in two separate places. One of these cracks had been welded by another company only five days earlier and had already failed. At the roadside, you advised that you only wanted one of the cracks repaired and intended to return to the previous company regarding the other weld.
As a goodwill gesture, our fitter agreed to bring the wheel back to our workshop to save you the inconvenience of arranging this yourself. When the wheel arrived, our welder inspected it and advised that repairing only one crack would be unsafe and ineffective, as the second crack would continue to leak air and could quickly damage the new tyre. For that reason, he was only prepared to repair both cracks or not proceed at all.
By the time the wheel reached our workshop it was around 4:30pm, and our welder finishes at 5:00pm. We therefore had to make a decision quickly, as delaying to wait for a response would have meant the repair could not be completed that day, leaving your vehicle off the road. We authorised both repairs with the intention of getting you safely back on the road the same day.
When we spoke to you afterwards, we explained why both repairs had been carried out. We also explained that we had not charged for the additional journey to transport the wheel to and from our workshop, despite this normally being charged at half of our standard call-out fee. To help resolve the situation, we also waived the charge for the second weld, meaning you only paid for the original repair that had been discussed.
We are sorry that you felt our communication was rude or unprofessional, as that was never our intention. Our priority throughout was to ensure your wheel was repaired safely and that you were not put at risk of damaging your new tyre or being left without your vehicle. We wish you all the best and thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Really prompt service. Turned up on time as agreed. Was a tricky job but mechanic had all the tools and got on with it. Done and dusted in 20 mins right in front of my flat. Couldn’t ask for more

Top notch.
Called on a Sunday afternoon after being taken out by a pothole/crater. Away in a country road in the middle of nowhere. Advised it'd be about an hour or so, arrived in 45 mins. Way quicker than breakdown services. Tyre changed in ten mins. No scratches on the wheel. Good price too.

Glasgow Mobile Tyres came to my daughter’s rescue on a Saturday afternoon when she was stranded at her work - they were so helpful on the phone giving an approximate time - they called her when they were on their way and got her back on the road - the price was so reasonable especially considering they came to her. Would definitely recommend GMT to anyone in the greater Glasgow area.

Friendly and quick service. Tyre blew just as I was driving out my street. No spare, no foam and it wasn't holding air to get to a garage. Was quoted £365 for a tyre change by another company and was then sent details for Mobile Tyres. They quoted a fraction of the quote from the other company and an estimated time of arrival given over the phone. Options for budget or premium tyre, no pressure. Arrived quicker than expected and got the job done promptly. Options to pay by cash, contact less or bank transfer. Would use again if needed.

Got a burst tyre phoned some companies either didn’t get a reply or was asking a fortune called tha rac and they put us onto Glasgow tyres they came out within the hour technician was friendky and had us back on the road within 15 mins he also made sure we were safe to drive off again as it was a busy road
