I booked tickets for Billie Eilish at Glasgow through Glasgow Ticket Brokers as I had been unable to get them through Ticketmaster as they were sold out. I checked them out as had never booked tickets this way before and was reassured by their positive reviews. I received immediate confirmation of my purchase. Martin called me 5 days before to arrange transfer of the tickets to my Ticketmaster account, he even upgraded our seats from level 3 to level 2 for no cost. Everything was seamless, the concert was outstanding, seats were amazing, and my daughter got her dream come true seeing her idol live on stage. Would highly recommend Martin and Team, and would definitely use again. Thanks again, your are a star 🌟

Booked 2 tickets for Barrowland Ballroom and thought I had messed up my email. I contacted them and they were extremely helpful to correct this for me (it was my own error and ended up not needing corrected). Very happy with the communication also, contacting me a week before by email to say they will contact me in the coming days to answer any questions I may have and that I contact them at any time if I have any questions. 2 days before the event and Martin contacted me to let me know he will meet us there and to give him a call when we arrive. Upon arrival, I called to say we were almost there and he called me back just as we approached the venue to make sure we have arrived. Martin was very polite and detailed about entering the venue and also reassuring you if there are any problems, we can come back out and ask (we didn't have to). It was my first time booking tickets this way and I'm so glad I did. I would highly recommend booking from here and I would come back and book this way again.
I would just like to say to u Martin, thanks SO MUCH for making us feel comfortable, very helpful and keeping that communication top notch before the event. A great service and a lovely man.
So if your thinking about booking tickets from here, I would say GO FOR IT. Concert was AMAZING!! 🫶

Very very highly recommend using Glasgow ticket brokers, they went above and beyond for the last minute Dad / Daughter date to see Stephen Wilson Jr at the Barrowlands - even managed to get us a queue jump which lead to a very happy daughter getting front row :)

Great Company. The guy went out of his way get me into the venue without any hassle despite there being an issue with my ticket (due to my phone!) Excellent service and communication. Use them!

No problems and just as promised. Always a bit wary using anything other than ticketmaster but this is legitimate service. You pay a bit more but not too much!
