Glass Design probably the best glass processor/supplier in London
where do i start Steve Noon upstairs and the team in the office Lee,John ,Kevin ,Kim Alex ,Marrisa
Steve always Checks my every orders for potential errors saving me a lot of time and eventual cost to remake steve knows his stuff and my way of ordering glass allowing for all tolerance and safety issues always making sure it is right. Vince( boss) for great advice and chat in the morning, Mark and Matt at the glazing dept always a source of advice on fitting and getting me out of trouble with ironmongery when i forget to order , Billy for always pushing the boundaries it is a pleasure to walk in in the morning to collect my orders with Wayne ,Peter, aways looking into my files to get my order sorted and always ready to help me out at the crack of Dawn with finding my glass in the racks ( usually buried) and making sure i am on my way to my first job with no delays also Bary and his team John Chris Dan and Tony alway doing their best at short notice to get my stuff delivered when too big for my van of course Joe for always giving great advice and all the boys downstairs ready to help me out James, George ,Matt ,Ken Sean,Tom, Joe ,Rikki Archie,Richard ,Ibrahim and Tony

Products were more a less fine, couple of incorrect invoices and late a couple of times for delivery but we wouldn't normally worry about that, we changed to a different supplier simply due to lower cost and we did so years ago, so why the review today, well apparently we paid some invoices late, looking at the summary we have been sent appears we had them set up on 60 days end of month, never did we have a situation with them chasing for payments, no nasty letters, no indication that this fell outside of their terms etc, so quite surprised when today we receive a letter from a debt collection company informing us that Glass Designs Ltd have sold apparent late payment compensation debt and interest to them - not any invoices because they have all been paid years ago just late payment charges and interest and now the debt collection company want payment. Well were be arguing as we didn't know we were outside of terms. If we were late then they should have let us know at some point and if they really felt we owed them money for late payment from years and years ago then Glass Designs Ltd should have got in touch. Instead straight to a debt collection company, this supplier has now gone from one we may have used again to one we will never use again. Already mentioned to a couple of customers today which i know use them - none impressed and all saying we wont use them anymore - good way to loose a lot of customers Glass Designs - hope its worth the £40 for a late payment that your customer didn't know was late
