Jack was brilliant - I completely over ordered and he advised how much I should actually be ordering, changed my order and refunded me a large amount of money due to my own mistake! Very impressed and would use again. The glass bricks were incredible also!!!

All products arrived promptly and look good. The only negative was that there seemed to be an excessive amount of packaging - the little polystyrene cushions - that needed several large bin bags to be disposed of. Would be great if this could be collected at delivery and re-used, or some more thought into how this could be reduced.

As always, the blocks arrived quickly and were very securely packaged to ensure that none of the blocks had any damage.
