Quality is great but shipping times let the company down. 11 days from receipt of glasses to delivered.
In response to your reply, maybe shipping was the wrong thing to quote. The service took longer that I expected. Shipping was 1 day, it took you 10 days to make them up. It’s a reglaze service so they m without glasses for 11 days. Which i believe is a long time and my only niggle

Reliable and affordable
Great prices, their website has all you need to make an informed decision (except for the tool to measure the pupillary distance that didn't work; thankfully I had a reference from a previous eye test). Reasonable choice of frames, size details are very helpful to understand how big are the spectacles. Limited information about the status of the order but it was shipped in 7 to 10 working days as they pledged.
In short, a reliable company that guarantees great value.

My high street opticians wanted £700 for a pair of varifocals. I also needed sunglasses so the bill could have been nearly £1k.
