Really fantastic customer service. Extremely prompt replies to queries and they followed up with a phone call to check all was ok with the delivery. They clearly really care about their customers.
The product was perfect too - glass pebbles bought for a children’s birthday party to go with a special theme. The kids loved them.

Not quite as expected but alls not lost
Ordering payment and delivery all no problems, unfortunately not quite as expected 99% of the glass balls are the smaller end of the size scale, meaning they fall through our orchid pot’s drainage holes. However all is not lost as we will find a use for them.
