Save your money & shop elsewhere.
Ordered a sofa & chairs, sofa came damaged & 1 of the chairs were different. When I went into the shop to complain I was just giving an email address to contact customer services myself, they said I'd get a replacement sofa & a chair to match or i can keep the damaged sofa & wrong seat at a discount. I had paid over £1900.00 so i wanted the right one & everytime I went into the shop to see when I was getting my replacements I was told ill get it in the nxt few days or by the end of the week & I should have it by nxt week. Anyway nearly 7 weeks after I ring again & was told it can't be got (when were they going to tell me?) Ive a disability & been left without anything to sit on now, I couldn't order another sofa until I got my money back & it takes weeks for a new one to come. I feel very let down my this company & not even a sorry for your bother, aftercare service is a joke as long as they get your money they don't care. Shop elsewhere i did.
