Really helpful, friendly staff. Talking to a real person was reassuring that I was buying the correct product for a domestic situation. The paint arrived in less than 24hrs. What service.
Bought 2 tins of paint. Best price around. Although delivery was a day late this was the carriers fault. Customer service was excellent they kept in touch with me to check on delivery. It was so nice not to have to chase up all the time. A very positive experience and I will definately use them again.

Excellent communication, the problem was resolved overnight. I will definitely be using Glenwoods again.
I was sent three cans of Ronseal Interior Wax (never buy it - bad product). Two would not mix (the wax and liquid will not mix) the other had rust concretions inside can. Charlotte at Glenwood was polite, but refused to accept photographic evidence of the problems. Forced me send the can back by post. Really poor customer service. Avoid.
Had a photo of a tin of paint that I wanted to order & emailed it to Glenwood - I received an almost immediate response with the colour name - the paint will be delivered this week & I couldn't be happier. Joe was really, really helpful.
Courier managed to drop the first shipment, splatting the can all over the depot! Had a call from a very polite gentleman who apologised and reassured me that a replacement order would arrive the next day (a Saturday). All this being in the middle of the coronavirus crisis! The new package was incredibly well packaged, box within a box, thoroughly wrapped in "FRAGILE" tape. Great service, thoroughly recommended!
