Be very cautions about choosing the right colour, size or gift. I was shocked to realise, too late, that a brand as established and respected as Glerups chose not to offer free returns—or even negotiate a deal with a shipping partner.
As it transpires, Denmark is one of the most expensive countries in Europe to post a package to. The return costs for one pair of shoes from Italy were over €30.
Timeframe for delivery was 3 days. In the end, I had to get in contact and to follow up on delivery and they finally arrived 2 weeks later. Not much good for a birthday present. They're expensive slippers, there's plenty of other in a similar pricepoint that you will likely have a better experience with, try them is my advice.
Expensive but not as durable as they advertise. Mine litteraly teared after only a few months. Better spend your money somewhere.
Company policy is unclear, paid a whopping £13 for shipping to UK, they were unsuitable for my mother’s arthritic feet and so I needed to return. Guess what?? You need to pay £13-15 again
This is unacceptable, basically how many times do you need to pay for shipping before getting a suitable pair of slippers.
