Inferior product, slow to respond and then they say have replaced but never received. Cannot provide a POD just keep saying sent.
finally refund 50% of the buy one get one free cost so not even full value and cheekily tell you you can keep the product. Hilarious when never received and the initial one is in pieces.
Very bad service would not recommend.

Bought Hair combs from this company. They arrived damaged in the post. I sent photo immediately and requested either replacement or refund. 2 emails later and 2 weeks later no response. I will never buy from them again even if they appear cheap

Seen the company on ebay first so decided to buy from the company direct it worked out cheaper as buy one get one free with 99p delivery. Item was a 14 inch hair clip. Just what I wanted. Fast delivery. Will buy from again. Thanks.

I ordered 2 hair items 1 month ago but I haven't received them yet. The Company told me I should receive them before 9 Oct but nothing happened. Please pay my Money back.

I ordered a set of hair combs and received them 2 days later. Very pleased, the combs were exactly as in the picture. I will use this site again.

First of, I bought my 2 hairbands 3 days ago, and they shipped and was here in speedy time, and I got both things that I had ordered. A blue hairband, and a pink one with a bow. Now I absolutely adore my new pink hairband, and I've already worn it ever since I got it - however the blue one first of came a little "dirty" as soon as I opened the package, I also found that some of the blue paint or whatever was scraped off. Not only that, it just didn't look like the picture AT ALL. The picture clearly shows a fluorescent blue hairband, the one I got was a matte lightblue one. I guess I could live with the very small blue paint that was stained off if it AT LEAST had the same colour as in the picture :( it seems that the photo of the hairband was photoshopped a tad too much. Except for the blue hairband, everything else was really great.
