Web portal keeps changing all dates

Web portal keeps changing all dates, you have to change them repeatedly.
When my order was confirmed by email, it was for 1 day after i fly out, so useless.
Phone number just rings out, then gets error message playing back saying cant help via phone, and to refer to the website.
Website has no chatbot, or customer service. You cant fill out the contact form on the website, as you cant select a reason for the contact - the dropdown box is empty.
Horrible to deal with, get your currency from a competitor at pretty well any shopping centre, dont rely on these clowns at the airport.
