Honestly
When we first moved into the property there were so many things that needed fixing.whenever we informed them they would delay in coming to fix them, made living very difficult in the beginning. my mum basically had to privately fix most of them out of her pocket. I don’t appreciate that. With that said, For now they are doing well. Anytime a ticket is logged they try to visit the property not more than 48 hours. It would be great if you do all your checks and fixing before giving out the property. Thanks

I cannot reach them at 1pm on a Monday. 22nd of March isn't a bank holiday is it? :) Their contact line is still on DND... The pre-recorded message says that their 'offices are now closed'. I wonder how many days a week they are open :P
So far, I am not impressed at all. So I guess 1 star for the moment.
Tried contacting them on facebook and spareroom too, no joy. One can't help but wonder how genuine the company is.

I found out about Global Guardians…
I found out about Global Guardians thanks to a friend. I managed to get a flat with them after joining a group viewing. During the viewing only one of the 6 flats that I have seen was in a better condition. The rest of the flats were in a bad shape, windows had wholes and didn't close properly, bad flooring. But this can all be fixed if you are willing to put some work into it.
But the rent is really cheap so even though I had to spend money in the beginning to make the flat look satisfactory it's still worth it. There is a one month notice so this was the only thing that was worrying me at the time.
Several times before the lockdown, Global Guardian employees would come to check the property and take pictures of the place. If I didn't answer the door because for example I was sleeping or working and I didn't hear the knock they would enter the house and then I find a stranger inside my house, which can be really uncomfortable. A text message or a phone call would be ideal.
The staff is nice and polite. I never had any problem with them.
Overall, I would Recommend.

We’ve been using Global Guardians for more than 10 years to occupy our empty properties. End the end of each occupation the properties are returned in good condition. There hasn’t been any tenancy breaches whenever a guardian occupied our properties.
