My old listing is live, with my cell number, and noone at Globalbx will respond

I put my business for sale on here a couple years ago, and forgot about it, as nothing much came through. It sold a year ago and recently two people have reached out about it. I've tried removing my ad, but it's not listed under my business listings. And yet it's still live, showing my cell number. Globalbx notes that customer service is their number one priority, but despite numerous emails, no one responds. It's very frustrating. Take my listing down or let me!
