Unprofessional and toxic work environment!.The management changes strategies after week and no-one know what's happening and there is no structure, processes and procedures. They love to hire and fire and only the favourite toxic encouraging ones or relatives of management survive here!

This is about GUS interview process
I applied online and few weeks later, I had a video call interview with 2 recruiters from GUS one of which never spoke and did not even bother to show his face... We went through my CV and relevant experience and I believed the interview went well. The recruiter explained me the next steps and that he would give me feedback through the process. After more than 4 weeks since I had the interview and having chased him a couple of times I still have not received any feedback. Very poor and unprofessional behavior. If this is how they treat their potential colleagues then it is better to stay away!
