Good customer support

I submitted my visa application for Sri Lanka without prior sufficient research and in the end I did not even included the correct dates but since the booking process / order process was quite short and without final review stage I was already done without knowing it :-). I then contacted the customer service and told them that I want to cancel immediately because also the dates were wrong and I didn't foresee that the order commitment is so fast and without this last check. They were super helpful and enabled my refund, hence transferred me the money back. I was really very positively surprised in how professional they treated my refund / return.

Bad experience regarding the time

I just had a bad experience regarding the time it took to obtain the e-visa, I paid for a guarantee to receive it in 24 hours and I received it 14 days later. I think it is important to mention that you do not guarantee the delivery time.

Carefull

Carefull - this company gets you into touble!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with GVC, which has left me with over $9,000 in losses due to their misleading and unprofessional service. They advertise a 24-hour ETA processing service for $253 (six times the standard $40 fee), but the process was anything but efficient or transparent. Despite charging this premium rate, their team repeatedly asked for payment to be made again, leading to potential charges of over $500—far exceeding what was originally quoted.

The representative we spoke to couldn’t provide any concrete information about our ETA status, kept delaying with vague promises of updates, and claimed to have contacted immigration—only for us to discover that immigration was closed and unreachable at the time. This lack of transparency, combined with repeated requests for additional payment, feels very much like attempted fraud or a deliberate scam.

Due to their service failure, I now have non-refundable expenses, including a business flight, hotels, a Masai Mara Charity trip (child.org), and a significant event, totaling over $9,000. I would strongly caution anyone considering GVC’s services—our experience was highly disappointing and costly, with no accountability or support from their end and no attempt to solve the issues. Keep in mind, its not even a Visa Service its ETA (40 USD usually)z

Avoid if you're in a hurry

I contacted them because I was in need for a Visa for Kenya in the shortest possible time, the promise was 24 hours but it didn't happen. Not only I lost my flight but also the second one. I spent 250 euros for nothing.

Do not use fake

Do not use this service they are fake liars I applied for a visa on 23rd of October to ivory coast they said would take 2 days I'm travelling on 4th November and I have not received anything complete nights and excuses. I also used them in July to go tanzania paid for fast service and received no visa they have made my life hell. I want full refund back I keep pushing until I receive it and ensure I write more reviews to prewarn people. AWFUL

Professional customer service

The staff called me immediately after receiving payment for supporting document. In less than 2 hours I received my Visa and I was overwhelmed. UNRELIABLE SCAM!!!

My father came to visit me in Italy. He needed a visa to go home to Uganda. We applied for the fastest option and paid 258 dollars. 4 days ahead of his scheduled returnflight so ample time, right? NOPE! We were sent back and forth for 4 days and yesterday morning he got an email with an Ivisa in someone elses name!! When we replied to the mail,stating it was not his visa, they never replied back. Completely ghosted him. I personally sent them an email demanding answers AND a full refund. Still no answer. My father did not fly home as there was still no visa. So no not a great company to work with. Smells of scam.....
We are working with the Uganda Immigration to get him home. Out another 250 bucks and an 80year old man in total stress and anxiety when all he wanted to do was see his daughter
one more time. Im disgusted, livid angry and heartbroken. 💔🤬🤬

BEWARE

I applied for visas in May for travel in November and they said we can only process by mid October. Come mid October they kept saying it’s still waiting a response from the embassy. It’s a week before my departure date now and still no visas! I applied for evisas directly on the Indian government site and got them within 24 hours. This company is clearly fraudulent and automated messages, no response to phone calls and clearly no intention of getting my visas. Very disappointed how I got duped!!! BEWARE!

I have a very poor experience with…

I have a very poor experience with them. I applied for a e-visa for my9 years old daughter under urgent service and paid priority(24 hours visa) service fees. Later I got to know that they applied for 72 hours windows. And I could not get visa within the time & my wife n I travelled without our daughter.

Unprofessional Service and No Refund

I started my visa application with this company on October 16, expecting to receive my visa within 3 days as promised. However, after 8 days of waiting and contacting customer service repeatedly, I still had not received my visa or the official application number from the government. I eventually applied through the government’s official website, and my application went through, which indicates that my application with this company was never submitted.

When I requested to cancel my application and get a refund, I was told I would receive an email for further assistance, but I have yet to hear back or receive my refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against using this service.

I would give it 0 stars if it was…

I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. First, they clarified that i needed a Schengen after i paid which i don't have. When i tried to issue the refund they wanted to give me website credit when i asked for the refund three times But even they are not giving reply properly by email or chat . They are irresponsible and inexperienced management.bad service and slow, they don't answer emails and their help center isn’t helpful. They ask for the receipt 100 times before they help you. Don't give them your money.
