We used a law firm initially to help with the paperwork for our non-lucrative visa. They were not as knowledgeable or responsive as Globexs, nor were their fees as reasonable. It was also advantageous that they were in Valencia, which the lawyers were not. They completed the paperwork and accompanied us in person for our padron, NIE and TIE fingerprinting appointments. Everything went very smoothly.

They use india mart to lure you in, then get you to start using whatsapp, so that way you cant leave bad feedback on india mart they use this number +918080415430 promise you the world and their nothing but lies lies lies. Their practically SCAMMERS AT BEST

I used Globex to process the application to renew my TIE. Globex managed to make a bureaucratic nightmare a pleasant experience. On the day of the appointment, I was accompanied by Antonio who met me with all of the necessary documents. Whilst at the appointment, there were some issues but I felt at ease as Antonio was able to speak to the administration and stayed with me throughout (we were there for nearly 2 hours). Afterwards, Antonio checked all the paperwork to ensure that there were no mistakes and then he emailed me to let me know when the physical card was ready to be picked up. Will definitely use again :)

We had a wonderful experience with Globex regarding all our immigration procedures and cards etc. They have a very efficient team under the leadership of Tiscar Navarro who can deal with any problem very effectively, politely in a very friendly manner. We recommend their team for anyone with these needs.
I first used this service when looking for a home and needing assistance with purchasing in Spain. They were incredibly helpful everything from the NIE to the offer and purchase agreement and then when it came time to closing everything went off perfectly. Since owning the home they have helped me with taxes and other legal issues associated with owning a home in another country. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase property abroad and help with all of the issues associated, especially when one is not there full-time. I would give them 10 of 10 stars!
The communication line between the company and myself was always very good. There were a few times we needed some things and they delivered. Our choice of apartments did not turn out in our favor, as the apartment had a dog boarding business, where the dogs were below our bedroom and barked all night. This was not the fault of the company.
My husband and I have used Gobexs for both housing and our visa renewal. They were friendly, efficient and communicated in a timely manner. We have been living in our Valencia apartment for over a year and any issue has been resolved quickly. Our 2 year visa renewal went very smoothly. They also assisted with the TIE and were able to get appointments very quickly.
As always Globexs are efficient, economical and know all the steps to get things done .Antonio is so helpful and friendly with perfect English 😃

I had a good experience with a one-month rental in Valencia, Spain in July 2024. The communication with the team was good when I made the reservation and I had no trouble connecting with them when I needed to check-in. The apartment's pictures were accurate, the place was clean and very well-located and the price was reasonable. When a problem arose (the Internet went out at one point), I had no trouble contacting the office to try to remedy the situation.

Horrible customer service. They were mad when I requested my refund because they would not communicate or send confirmation emails. Called numbers and they were disconnected. I was cursed at and told to file a dispute with my bank to get my refund because she didn't want to do it. I spoke with Ashley and Michelle. VERY RUDE.

Horrible experiences with Globexs. Found them to engage in dishonest practices, to have poor customer service, and to get things wrong at every turn. Used them initially because we thought they’d make life easier in Valencia; instead, they made it worse. (But note: their dishonesty seems to stem more from incompetence/inattention to details than actual malice.)
We rented 2 apartments with Globexs. Both were falsely advertised as having features they didn’t have (for example, one was advertised as having a dishwasher that it doesn’t have, and great AC in the apartment, which the owner later verified was only the case in the bedrooms. When asked to lower the rental price to more accurately reflect what we’d agreed to based on the false advertising, Globexs refused). When we let them know about the multiple problems in both apartments, they first gaslighted us in relation to some of the issues, telling us that the apartment owners or previous tenants hadn’t mentioned them. (Since multiple employees did this in 2 different years, it seems that this is more about the culture of the company than about any of its individual employees.) The first rental, an apartment advertised as being “perfect for digital nomads” because of supposedly great wifi, in fact had horrible wifi that made it impossible to work easily in the apartment. Turned out, the apartment didn’t have its own internet, and was sharing with another resident. Things were only resolved (with this as well as another significant issue) long after we first mentioned the problems, and even then, only because I pushed and pushed. This meant lots of lost productivity/wasted time for us. (I.e. income loss.) Globexs’s first response to us, related to this issue as well as some others, was essentially: what you’re experiencing as a problem doesn’t actually exist. Gaslighting on top of significant apartment problems = not fun. (We foolishly used them twice because a) we were hoping they’d improved by the second rental and b) there seemed to be new employees working on the rentals side. It now seems there’s just a lot of turnover in this company.) On the positive side, when it came to fixing small problems, such as clogged drains, they were great.
Globexs also generally did very poorly with details. For example, they put the wrong address in the first apartment contract and had us meet them, when we arrived in Valencia, at the wrong building. (We were fine with it at the time—mistakes can happen! But it became clear that this was part of a pattern.) When we used their legal side, we experienced one frustration after the other, also in part because of an inattention to important details. (For example, we were trying to find a notary in another country because Globexs needed a notarized document in Spain. Since time was of the essence, I said I would just find the notary myself. The Globexs lawyer insisted that he would do it. When he finally, after a delay, got back with the information, it was for a notary 3 hours away from us. I then instead did things myself and easily found a local notary, but by that time, an important deadline had already passed. This was typical of our experiences with Globexs: using them in an attempt to save time and energy frequently led to wasted time and unnecessary frustration.)
I’ve done business with plenty of competent and professional people/companies in Spain. I wouldn’t count Globexs among those. This is a shame, because this could be a great company if it simply tweaked a few key things. Some of its employees, particularly on the Nestor side, are good at what they do and provide great customer service, to boot. It’s some of the others who seem to bring the whole operation down. I wish we’d never used them.
