Extremely Poor Support – Long-Term Customer Left Ignored
I have been partnered with Gloriafood then now owned by Oracle Restaurants for several years, but the level of customer support has now become completely unacceptable.
Despite paying over £1,000 in subscriptions, I am receiving no support whatsoever. I have raised multiple requests and followed up repeatedly, yet I have received zero meaningful response.
It genuinely feels like there is no support team available anymore. Whether staff have left or there are internal issues, the result for customers like myself is the same—being completely ignored.
This is not just inconvenient; it is damaging to my business, which I have built over many years. Reliable support is critical in the restaurant industry, and unfortunately, Oracle Restaurants is failing badly in this area.
I would strongly urge Oracle to address this urgently and re-establish proper customer support. At the moment, I cannot recommend their service to other businesses.
I hope someone from Oracle will finally respond and resolve this situation.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR
Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review which I rarely do. This is the worst customer support I've ever experienced out of any software company that I've ever used. When I first joined as a partner in 2023, customer support was operating well no issues. But starting 2025 the customer support has been unresponsive for majority of the tickets that are open. For the tickets that were responded to, it took almost a week and they don't even address the proper issue... Then you have to wait a week for another response. I'm slowly removing my clients off of their platform. Also as a side note DO NOT USE their Point Of Sale. It has many issues that will disrupt your daily operations which you cannot reach customer service for. Hopefully they fix their customer service soon for the new users unable to read this review before signing up. As for me, and my clients - I'm out.

I can say that has the worst customer support i´ve ever seen by far.
The App Looks cool but there is no way to integrate to the restaurants Points of Sell.
And as i said.. You ask, and nobody responds.
We have been part of the GloriaFood…
We have been part of the GloriaFood Partner Program for years and currently manage 8 active restaurants on the platform.
Since January 5th, 2025, we have been waiting for responses to multiple support requests.
To this day, none of these requests have been answered — they are not even being read.
We also sent two separate emails. Both have been completely ignored.
For a company that promotes a partner program and benefits directly from partners bringing in paying customers, this behavior is unacceptable. Silence for days is not a support delay — it is a service failure.
If this is the level of support partners can expect in 2026, we see no reason to continue this partnership and will move all associated restaurants to another provider immediately.
At this time: absolutely no recommendation.

I'm about to start using Freeordy service and asked gloriafood to add Freeordy to the customer list.

AND if you dont PERSONALLY confirm yhe order in time, it will deny the order!
YES, you read that right GLORIAFOOD WILL THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY unless a real person physically presses a button!
It doesnt matter how busy your hands are, these programmers who sit behind a computer do not understand your culinary life! They will hurt your business

A Very cost effective and efficient site.
We started using this site for a Pizza takeaway business during lockdown. It was simple and efficient to set up, they had pretty well thought of everything.
The site worked well and was hugely contributory to us surviving this period.
So when we needed an online store again last year, we went straight to Gloria Foods again.
We found that there had been updates and modifications to make the experience even better, and their fee had remained stable, putting many of the new companies that had since emerged by this time into the shade.
Despite opening a new site, it was shelved, and we stopped subscribing.
We found that their customer service was fast and efficient, and we were delighted to find that when exploring resurrecting this business again, all our original work was still in place and only needed us to press the 'go' button again.
This gives us great confidence in Gloria as we move forward with our re-launch.
If you're seriously considering an online ordering system that does not break the bank and gives you everything you need to sell your restaurant or takeaway online, then you need to take a good look at Gloria Foods.
