This is my third time of using your service and I am impressed and very happy with the services I received.I am very happy with the professional way the job is carried on.

Used Glory clean on 2 separate occasions one to do an end of tenancy clean. The 2 cleaners worked hard on a particularly hot day. The apartment looked nice and clean but I felt they rushed towards the end of the job and a few things were missed. I probably should have checked better. The second occasion was to have the upholstery cleaned. The gentleman was lovely. However a brand new rug was cleaned despite telling him it didn’t need cleaning. It also took over 3 days to dry. Not great on brand new wooden floors. Equally the furniture took almost 48 hours to dry not what I was expecting. That said the furniture does look beautifully clean

In my experience of booking carpet cleaning with Glory Clean on many occasions, they are spot on. They deal with enquiries promptly and their system is absolutely straightforward. No hidden charges are anything. Top class service.

If you need a cleaning service in London, I would highly recommend you give a call to Glory Clean! They are amazing.

Glory Clean came to clean my terraced house on Saturday 18 December 2021. They sent some cleaners who were over 50 years old to do the work.

When the cleaners left, I noticed:
• The front door has a lot of dirt marks remaining;
• Window sills have not been cleaned;
• All the window glasses still have a lot of dust;
• Radiators have not been cleaned;
• The washbasins of the toilets have a lot of dust and decoration marks;
• The toilet bowls of the toilets have a lot of dust;
• All the tiles on the walls of the toilets and kitchen still hold a lot of dust;
• The staircase bannisters have dirt marks and are dusty; and
• Door handles have not been cleaned.

I complained about the cleaning service which was done very poorly or not at all. The office responded to say that their cleaners did spend 8 hours which was the number of hours I had paid for. However, what I should have been charged is for 8 hours of competent cleaning work, not 8 hours of poor cleaning. They said I was not entitled to any kind of refund.

I would never use their services again and I shall be making a referral to the Consumer Council.

I used Glory Clean to have my sofa cleaned. They removed a stain that had been there for ages and generally freshened it up. The guy that did the job was fast and super friendly. Would use them again. Note that if you don't have free parking available, you will need to cover the cost of the parking too

Very happy with Glory Clean - the technician was friendly and polite. The job was carried out efficiently - and he completely rejuvenated our old carpet! Price was very agreeable too!

Check out report described dust and cobwebs. Under the sofa covers not cleaned. Very poor customer service and have not dealt with my complaint. There was a water leak and they used this as an excuse to waive the guarantee and therefore had no incentive to complete the work to a professional standard.

Absolutely 5 star service. After emergency flooding to our basement they were able to come the next day to clean the troubled carpet. The engineer who came was personable and highly efficient and we were so pleased with the results that we asked them to come back to do our stairs and another larger room a couple of days later. The same engineer came and gave us just the same level of service and was the epitome of excellence. To sum up, a good price for excellent service and we will definitely be making use of Glory Clean again. Thank you!

Hired them to do end of tenancy cleaning, when it came to check out...there were many areas which needed additional cleaning. They refused to come back as it was more than 48 hours since they cleaned the property.

On the day they were threatening to refuse to clean the property as they refused to park on the street and wanted to park on the grounds of the property (didn’t have a permit), had to convince them it was ok to park on the street and when inside they refused to clean some areas as there were ‘personal possessions’ when in fact it was just rubbish.

The gentleman manning the phone could take a course in customer service and trying to have a conversation with him is more like having a screaming match. Stay away.

I paid over £200 for the cleaning of my flat prior to a big party. This included cleaning the upholstery but was for a 2 bed, medium sized flat in normal condition. The cleaners arrived on time but spoke very little English so we had a couple of phonecalls back & forward to translate. I had to go to work but returned to find a very mixed result. On the plus side - the bathroom, floors & upholstery. On the other side the oven hadn't been touched inside or out, the bins were meant to have been cleaned and weren't and several places hadn't been dusted or cleaned. The response when I emailed (including photos) them was to ask if I wanted to book more hours!!!! The answer is a definite no. I think if you were there standing over them, maybe it would be ok but it certainly wasn't worth the money. I won't use them again. Happy to send anyone photos to show what I mean.

Please do not use this company. The service was appalling and the customer service after the so called "clean" was even worse. The estate agent who went in after the clean said that it did not look like a basic clean had been undertaken, let alone an end of tenancy clean..

We've had the unfortunate to come across this company. We've hired the tend of tenancy professional cleaning and they weren't professional neither they've cleaned the flat. Bad mop marks all over, their hands on doors, kitchen smelling worse than how we left.
After complaining, showings videos and pictures, they came back and in less than 20 mins they're out without doing what they supposed to do. Now the landlady and the new tenants had to clean the flat themselves and this horrible company with rude people are refusing to return the money.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I am very satisfied from the company. Beyond my expectations and i have a lot to compare as i’ve used many other cleaners before. From now on will only use glory clean.
