The box I ordered from the outlet, was not what I received. I would never order a face roller. That's like ordering an easter bunny or santa claus.

Lack and no clear information of products
I would like to understand what means the variations and US numbers in each purchase, this isn’t clear! I believe everyrhing should be clear and intuitive for the costumers. Other point, some glossy box doens’t show the detail of each product, this ia essencial for online purchases. Thank you.

Although I’m saddened that the subscription program has now been discontinued for the US. I still had 5 months left but received a small credit. The last young lady said that it was paid for in September 2022 I kept asking her if she was sure. She said yes I did not receive a box for September nor October. I looked at my account and it was paid in full on beginning of November and received my first box 11-22-2022, so I still believe that I was owed more of a credit than 70. I don’t know how but it says 8 boxes delivered so only a 4 month credit it makes no sense 11 months would end in November. My last box was june 2023. By the way if I had not asked Nadia to see when my July box was going to ship I would’ve have known that my other boxes were not coming. All this being said I was happy that I could still order on your website and it would still be delivered to my US address. I loved your program. I loved getting a surprise every month. It was so exciting to see all the new products I’ve never done self-care. I was my mothers caregiver until she passed away two years ago in my home. I would work all day and then take care of her all night, and I never took care of myself and for the first time I started using facial products and I love it. I absolutely love it.
