Don't waste your money
Awful service. Do not use. I ordered one box and was put on auto renew. I contacted glossybox and asked to cancel. I was told id be charged 13.50 then it would be cancelled. I was charged 15.60. I sent proof of what I should have been charged and it was just ignored. Replied on email are pathetic. Chat never online so no way to contact them. I do not recommend and will never use again.

I initially placed an order on 9/22/23…
I initially placed an order on 9/22/23 and have since sent several emails. I still have not received one box (1/02/24) and plan on canceling and getting a full refund. No one can tell me anything so it has been a complete waste with no answers or product.

‘Twas just the thing!

Sad you left the US
I just ordered some past boxes, was sad to see the US is no longer able to receive subscriptions, but postage just keeps going up, up, up. I was a subscriber for quite a few years, I have a basement with a stack of pink and multi colored glossy boxes, don't know what to do with them! I am happy you describe the items in the boxes, and put the estimated retail price on there too.

Both boxes came in a few days.
Both boxes came in a few ame in a few days. I think it was only 3 or 4 days, and the products are great . Nothing broke at all, and if they didn't have a product they put another in as they are older boxes, and I am glad if something is not good I would rather have another product. Thank you
