Totally incompetent
They have no published address, and their social media and website is down most of the time - says it all really. Aaron from Gloucester Volt Vans came to do some work on my campervan, charging £700 for the day. Halfway through, he said he had run out of materials and would come back and finish it. He pretended to book a date, and then ghosted me. I had cables hanging out of the wall, sockets that weren't fixed in, cables that were too short. He also told me had hardwired my wifi in, but had just stuck it to the wall with sticky pads (it fell off) and no power at all. The whole thing was a mess that took me £100s and a lot of time to put right. Don't touch them with a bargepole.
