I have a subscription with this company so you would think they would want to keep my business. The pump in one of my bottles has stopped working and so I asked for them to send me a new pump, just the pump nothing else. They send me a "how to video" which obviously did not apply. They then sent other suggestions, most of which I had already done, like cleaning out the pipe etc. I replied saying that there was still a problem and their reply was to say that I was outside the exchange period. I have a subscription sending me refill pouches so at what point am I outside the exchange period. This is however a faulty item but rather than replace a 50p pump they would rather lose my business. It says something when a company cannot replace a 50p pump

Fast shipping, and excellent products. The hand soap and lotion smell wonderful and are gentle, yet effective! I’m very happy with my purchase.

Best hand cream that I’ve ever used - lovely scent (I definitely don’t find it overpowering) and a little goes a long way. Bottle lasts for ages. Really soothing when my hands get so dry that other lotions burn & sting.

Absolutely love it looks great at the side of my sink and the fragrance is lovely. This is my second bottle x

Love the cedar wood fragrance. Whilst I can’t use it every time, the hand lotion really does help my very dry hands feel less painful, especially in this cold weather.

Scents are delicious - everyone loves them

Both products are very good with a lovely long lasting scent. I emailed about the tops and was quickly sent a video explaining how to open them.
I hadn't expected them to be in heavy glass bottles, though. These take up a lot of space on the sink and I really hope they don't ever get knocked over as I think they would smash the sink! It would be handy to be able to get smaller - or even travel sized containers - for decanting. That would maintain the branding, which would be better than reusing another brand's smaller, lighter bottle.

Great products! Highly recommended for anyone with problem skin or if you just want your hands to feel and smell great.

These products are fantastic and they smell absolutely divine. My favourite is the cedarwood.

Really quality products and amazing scent. I keep smelling my hands like a weirdo though so that's awkward. Stupidly fast delivery too.

The hand cream is wonderful, so soft and not at all greasy. I am going to have to get some handbag versions now.

The products are all excellent.
Gentle on the skin especially the hands, i wash them dozens of times a day and they do get dry when using other products so now I am being kind to myself and using the cedar wood hand wash and the hand cream i keep on table next to my chair and apply many times a day, makes them feel so soft, I’m sure i can hear them squealing with delight once applied.

I was initially very frustrated by the automated responses, however I’d like to amend my previous review by stating that the company eventually contacted me personally where they were not only apologetic but kind enough to send me two free pumps as I didn’t have one. They did this efficiently and straight away. I am extremely grateful for how the company handled this issue and automated responses aside, feel they have excellent customer service and prompt delivery. Thank you Tom & Cleo

I emailed the company to request a pump for the hand lotion and received an automated response with instructions on how to use the pump. Needless to say I replied asking for a human being to read my initial email and get back to me addressing the issue, only to receive an identical auto-response with instructions on using the pump!

Very unimpressed, which is disappointing when the lotion seems so lovely and the company gives off an air of reliability.

It's very frustrating that you have to subscribe. I'm forever subscribing and then having to unsubscribe straight away. These companies always make it hard to unsubscribe, too.
I do like the scents, though, so I decided to try the diffuser. Huge disappointment. I just can't smell it at all. I turn the reeds regularly. I usually use Valentte diffusers which are very strong so I tried some of the Valennte reeds in the Gloved diffuser to see if that helped and it didn't They are expensive diffusers so you would expect a pleasant smell and I've had the diffuser in my hall and not smelled it once!
It's also frustrating how often they are out of stock of products.
As I said, I really like the soap and body wash, and I order regularly, but the number of times the products I want to order are out of stock is annoying.
If I subscribed, I might get the stock, but since I use different amounts each month —sometimes more, sometimes less —I don't want to commit to a subscription.
I feel a bit mean leaving a 2-star review when I love the hand and body wash, but the other issues mean I just can't go above that, unfortunately.
