Although pleased with the lamp itself, the fitting and bulb arrived broken in transit. Many attempts to contact them and no reply or replacement. Nice lamp, horrendous service.

Ordered a bulb for lamp on 5th March 2024 and payment taken via PayPal on same date.
According to my emails order was never dispatched!!!
E mail sent but never got a reply so almost 3 weeks later no bulb or explanation!!!
Update- order arrived today!!!

Rubbish avoid at all costs. Why aren’t these cowboys closed down. Lamp arrived broken no response to numerous emails and no phone number to ring. Annoying I didn’t look at reviews before but had bought off the same company 5 years ago and it was ok then.

Item hasn't arrived. No response to email. Will have to claim chargeback through the bank. What a waste of time and effort.

I received the wrong item at the beginning of January, have contacted them by email twice and received no response… not sure how you get away with this behaviour to be honest

Never sent my order, never responded to my email, still have my money - avoid!

My order hasn't turned up after a month, no reply to emails and such a shame as prefect service last time I used them.

Ordered a Salt lamp over a month ago, and it never arrived. I’ve emailed around 5 times asking what’s going on and haven’t received a single response.

They have taken payment but no sign of the salt lamp fitting I ordered or any response to my email. Obviously scammers so will be contacting Trading Standards and my bank for money back. Do not fall for ordering from this company. Read all these bad reviews!!! I am not alone.

Order never arrived after 3 weeks (nearly 4 weeks) of waiting.

After leaving a bad review saying item did not arrive, salt lamp turned up - approx 3 weeks after order date. To be honest I am happy with it : beautiful, seems decent quality. Howe some response to messages and communication from the seller would be expected/ appreciated.

The item was not delivered.

There is no contact telephone number.
Use at your own risk, it may be only £30.00 but good as throwing the money away!!

Item that I ordered over 2 weeks ago has never came, I've emailed numerous times and never had a response. Shocking I'd stay far far away theyll just steal your money!

I ordered a Glow Himalayan Fire Bowl and it arrived on the 4/07/2023. I have emailed 3 times since then with photos attached and have had no response . The item looks nothing like the picture and it's broken with sharp edges . As I've told them via email again if I don't get a response today then I'm taking it to Trading Standards.

Still no bulb, still no response from customer services. Do not buy from this company, unless you're keen on throwing money away.

Seems like a pattern emerging here.We have purchased several salt lamps from this company previously without any problem.
Recently needed replacement bulbs so ordered from same company.Worst decision ever. Waited ages for dispatch and when eventually arrives product completely smashed. Despite several emails throughout the process not one was replied to and eventually had to raise complaint with PayPal.

I ordered replacement bulbs on 25/02, and have tried emailing them a couple of times so far as to whether the items have been dispatched. They were very quick to accept the payment/order, but not a word of a reply to my queries.....wish I'd ordered from Amazon!

I ordered a replacement part for my lamp and other than the order confirmation, I received nothing further from this seller. No dispatch confirmation and the part had not arrived after weeks. I emailed the seller twice with no response and there is no other way of contacting them. I eventually claimed my money back through PayPal. Would not use again.

If I could give no stars I would. AVOID this place like the plague. I previously bought a salt lamp from here a few years ago and had a good experience, unfortunately just recently my partner accidentally knocked my salt lamp which lead to me needing to purchase a new dimmer switch plug as it had broken. I thought I would return to the place I bought the lamp from seen as I had a good experience before and I wanted the same switch, however, it looks as though their service has gone down the pan!

I ordered on 4th of January and my item has still not arrived! There are no tracking details, even though it says it has been “dispatched”, and I’ve sent two emails which have not been responded to. Do yourself a favour and keep your money and go elsewhere to somewhere that can be trusted!!!

Hopefully I will be able to get my money back from my bank but it’s besides the point, this place should not be taking peoples money if they can’t fulfil orders.

I’ve learnt my lesson and will NOT be ordering again.
