Thank you so much gl roodline for repairing my mothers roof at such short notice.
My mum was getting distressed about the tiles that blew off her roof during the recent storms.

I first meet Gwyn about 10 years ago when he came to replace my gutters and downpipes pipes. Gwyn and his team were very professional and polite. Over the years i have repeatedly used Glroofline for many things like the repointing of my chimney and a new conservatory roof. Gwyn and his team are always on hand to deal with any questions and work hard to deliver the best quality within the work they are asked to do. I will continue to use this company as they're reliable efficient and work to the highest standerd at competitive prices. Thank you for all the work you have done Gwyn and the team i truly am satisfied with the quality and workmanship

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this company because they have not returned to fix the problem after installation.
My mother-in-law who is 81 used them to put a roof on her conservatory. They did the job, but then it leaked. So they did return and fix it. It has started leaking again and they promised to come out and fix it. They never showed. She phoned them and they apologised and gave her another date. They didn't show. No phone call to explain why, nothing.
After several phone calls which have gone unanswered so left voicemails have been and emails , no one has still contacted her.
This is really disappointing and as I said she is 81 and now the cold weather is here and winter isn't far off she has the worry and stress of rain and possible snow coming through, which she may have to pay again to another company.

Great set of lads very polite gwyn was always happy to help and put my mind at ease, I had my roof replaced in 3 days cleaned up after themselves I would highly recommend this company, thanks gwyn

A massive thanks to Gwyn and his team. They helped me to install my new roof and gutters. Now I don’t have to worry about any leaking from the gutters. They were very efficient, and finished it within three days. They were very friendly and approachable, always happy to answer my concerns about the installation. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who interested.

I had my garage roof, doors, windows replaced as well as electricity connected for a fair price.
The team were fantastic from start to finish, talked everything through at each step and gave different opinions available. The work was done quickly and respectfully, the lads were polite and always cleared up at the end of the day and the garage looks brilliant. I would highly recommend this team.

My whole experience was stress free and when i asked any questions they explained what they was doing in a way that made it easy for me to understand. Professional and outstanding service by a great team of lads, honest and trustworthy who explained all aspect of works which taken place.
Punctuality and time keeping was second to non all work was completed in time scale given and the end result was more than expected for a great price and guarantee.

Had a gutter leak a week after they finished my roof, rang them and they was very apologetic and came out the next day to fix it

The employee who they has the issue with no longer works for my company.

Was not us as I have looked in to it and the is a Coventry based company with the same name, clearly misidentified!!!!

My builder subcontracted the roofing work in Kenilworth to these cowboys. Absolute rubbish. Flashing is some sticky crap instead of lead. Its come away from the wall and I've got leaks everywhere. Tiles broken. Tiles that have come off. They left rubbish in the guttering causing water to build up and ruin the plaster in my neighbour's conservatory. The Facias haven't had the join put together properly. Utter cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

Do Not use this company, COWBOY builders shocking work!!!! They completed a re roof on our property and have botched it up.

They can’t cut tiles in a straight line, do not know how to complete a ridge hip joint on a roof and have caused us nothing but problems.

Aaron who worked with Gwyn has been very rude to us and not what you expect from a company, being insulting and aggressive.

Do not trust these roofers! How they can even call themselves roofers I do not know.
