I didn't choose any storage place for…
I didn't choose any storage place for my package at all! I paid extra for delivery at home that they can even leave it at the front door. After waiting for hours, even hours after the time frame they showed me it would arrive, they never came and suddenly it says on the website that I chose the option for them to take the package to a parcel point 😡 this is the last time I have to wait a whole day for my package and then them telling me I wasn’t there.

The worst courier company ever!
it is 1 week that our parcel is in Germany, since 29.06, there is no phone number for contact, no reply to our emails, no reply to our customer message in "customer service". our parcel is in a black box! an important and urgent shipment is wating to this parcel.

Most useless AI bot ever. I really don't get why I cannot change the delivery date even by a day. So much gas and human work hours wasted, because they don't allow to postpone a delivery date.

horrible experience
horrible experience. i diverted my delivery to an approved paketshop, it never got delivered there and my goods got sent back to the shop.
the shop owner instructed gls to send it back to the paketshop, that didn't happen either.
the status tracking is highly confusing and does not make any sense
customer service hotline is sooooo hard to find on the gls website.... had to google it.
called multiple times, has to be about 10 times over 4 days. only once did i get a human being on the end of the line.
first and last time i am using this ABSOLUTELY USELESS delivery service.
my advice to others, save yourselves the stress and drama DO NOT USE GLS. USE ANYTHING ELSE BUT GLS.

Everyday, their delivery tracker give the update like the product would be delivered today. But it never arrives, it does not tell where the product is. No updates.
