We imported products from GNEE STEEL (China), but the shipment we received was completely unrelated to the products we originally ordered. The purchase was made through a tender process, so accuracy and reliability were critical.

Unfortunately, after delivery, the company did not stand behind their products and provided no meaningful support to resolve the issue. Our assigned customer representative, Mrs. Caroline, stopped responding entirely and effectively disappeared once the problems arose.

As a result, we suffered financial losses and wasted significant time. Due to the lack of responsibility and communication, we are now forced to pursue legal action.

Based on our experience, we do not recommend GNEE STEEL to companies looking for a trustworthy and professional supplier.

In my opinion, this is a company that European buyers should be wary of. The products shipped have substandard chemical and mechanical analyses. It's a complete scam.
