Do not use this company. Looked official but ripped us off at Jakarta Airport. Insisted on cash and charged ridiculous amount, most of which was put in the pocket of the individual hailer! Car was appalling- seat belt didn’t work and just tacky car. Dont think it was an official taxi. Use Bluebird instead.

GO-jek… you can go anywhare easily… order motorbike driver, car driver, taxi… send your box… at a cheap price…thankyou!

Driver stole a device

You would think with the technology available, this woukd be a great opportunity for a company to do well.... oh, not with Go jek in Indonesia.
The first cab driver accepted our order of 12,000 rph only to call me on the phone and say he wanted 100,000. We said no
he canceled.
The second driver immediately took the booking but didn't move for 10 minutes and then canceled.
The software then puts you onto a third driver who accepted the booking, then we watched him drive around for 30 minutes. He then canceled The fourth driver who took the booking... well he's just probably still in never neverland because he never showed, never replied, and I guess the app timed out
What a waste of 90 minutes of bloody time this company turned out to be ..the drivers are scammers and the company makes no attempt to offer you to review a driver that cancels. If you did then maybe there might be a chance of the bad drivers getting ousted ... give a chance to some good honest drivers instead of tying my booking up while they beg for my what's app, so they can operate outside of the safety of the app.
Well I'm going to delete my gojek app and never even think about using it in Indonesia again.
I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't even care if I pay more for a reputable Taxi company. Give these scammers a wide berth.

I only installed Gojek for use in Bali and that was a year ago. How many times do I have to unsubscribe before they stop sending emails?

Our wallet was blocked due to a scam attempt and we’ve been trying to get it unblocked for about 3 weeks now. The support team takes ages to reply and after following the set of instructions to activate it again, they just replied with something completely different. Once again we’ve done all the requirements and are waiting for a reply again… Also they have closed several of our tickets after sending an auto-generated reply, even though the issue has not been resolved

All of the experiences I had with Gojek were horrible and disappointing. Gojek has the worst customer service. I have reported overcharging issues with both 'Gojek Ride' and 'Gojek Delivery' several times, but their customer service center never responded; all my questions were just ignored. I have wasted my money because of their unprofessional behavior. I strongly recommend using another app for everyone.

They charge to your credit card the moment you book a ride. Before the ride is completed. They took a long time to find you a driver too! Leading to cancel ride and charge you $4 for canceling by driver.

Gojek has the worst customer service. They deducted money from the debit card without me taking a ride. As such, I wrote in to ask what has happened and if a refund is possible. They simply gave me an unrelated response before marking my issue as resolved. I wrote in again and this time, they didn't even bother responding.

Very bad quality service, drivers often different from the app, when in group they are aggressive and rude. Customer service ignorant and not responsive, errors with saldo top up

Hi I feel that my service with Gojek today has been very poor. I firstly booked a cab from Pandan Valley at about 2.20. I had a message saying the cab would be about six minutes. I then ventured to the pick up place. Then I noticed that the driver had cancelled. No explanation whatsoever. This is extremely annoying. Later in the evening I tried to book a cab home from Dover Avenue I tried for about 20 minutes. No response. Very, very poor. I do not think I will be using you again.

Good company. All indonesians use it 👍🏻
