Go Raw Reviews 

I Wanted to leave a new review for Go Raw as my last one was not the best but that was due to DPD rather than Go Raw themselves.

My last couple of deliveries have been with whoever their new delivery company is and it's a vast improvement over DPD.

Instead of getting my delivery scattered across 2 or 3 vans at some point between 8.30 am and whenever they feel like it, it now turns up on one van fairly early in the day.

Love this company always sort you out and really great customer service amazing value

I’ve been using Go Raw for a while now and will continue to do so. I like the range of food on offer, the ease of ordering and the way it comes packaged, delivered right to my door. My Griffons love the raw food and bark for their dinner every day. They are very happy boys! 🐕🐕‍🦺

I have used Go Raw for years now.
Im lucky to have 2 local stores, both of which carry a vast variety of makes and proteins/flavours, treats, supplements and various other goods.
Staff are always welcoming and very helpful with queries and advising on problems with the dogs regarding food allergies etc, and they don't just push you at the most expensive brands as their answer like a lot of places do!
I love their regular offers too, as we all need to save money where we can.
Highly recommended!

Our dog loves the raw chunks and bones, the order is always delivered fast and packaged well. We have had a few items substituted however they always call and ask if this is ok which we appreciate.

What’s very suspicious also is since my and someone else’s original negative review about the meat smelling and being inedible and quality going down , high delivery charges etc - the company suddenly have several great reviews which have brought their rating back up - something else smells off now. I haven’t sent a complaint as the company have a disclaimer to say they take no responsibility for meat arriving spoilt so what’s the point they didn’t address the odd claim though that you can refreeze meat up to 3 times

Great food for the pup with brilliant customer service, staff are knowledgeable and the delivery service is really handy!

Great company that I use regularly, product is always as ordered and if there are any issues they call you up and tell you! ( how refreshing is that!)
Friday offers by text are welcome and can sometimes surprise with a bonus discount. The only issue I have found is I’m not getting any kind of order despatched notification, I get the confirmation of order then I have no clue as to when the order will be delivered until the day of delivery. It’s not a big issue but it would be handy to know that information. Great company, straightforward ordering process and good communication other than the despatch bit! Nice one folks.

They were very helpful with our very complicated boxer with lots and lots of allergy’s I also now get my delivery’s every month and they are great 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service, we have been ordering from here for a long time now and never had any issues. The dogs seem happy with their food and treats! Even when I had forgot to change my address the team were great at resolving the issue for me.

This is the only food my dog will eat, she is not food driven at all and on top of that she has so many allergies so as you can imagine getting the weight up on her is really difficult and being a German shepherd she needs it. My only criticism is that there is now plastic wrapping on the blocks of meat. Having no wrap to deal with is what attracted me to this company

Always a great experience. Orders arrive on time and excellent customers service. My dog has not had an upset tummy since I switched to this company.

I have been using go raw since my dogs were 12 weeks old they are 4 and 2 now. I have never ever been let down when it comes to delivery or collection always have what I need and there is a wide variety of raw food even if my usual stuff isn't available. Keep doing what you do best and I look forward to seeing you next month. Dan.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and they always have a good level off stock and plenty of options available.

Great communication, always call if they don’t have something in stock for delivery and will suggest something else if you need help. Super knowledgeable and extremely reliable! I just wish they’d bring back the 1.3kg own brand completes as it was so convenient, but they do have loads of variety at all price points. I’ve looked at almost every provider in the UK and these are the best value for money without compromising on quality.

My dog loves this food ,the packaging is great and the delivery is speedy and very good value .
