Wonderful experience with the GoBoat team in Copenhagen. I booked a GoBoat cruise for my partner and I, with the plan of sailing to a private spot so I could propose to her. The GoBoat team helped turn this plan into reality, and we couldn't be happier with how it all went!

Firstly, I want to say a big thank you to Julie for helping me with the planning in the run-up to our sail. She recommended appropriate pickup/dropoff points, as well as giving the headsup to the captain on the day to be discrete, plus suggesting private spots that could be perfect for a proposal. Trekroner Fortet did not disappoint! Thank you for your hard work and help, Julie - you went above and beyond.

On the day itself, Frederik was our captain. He was an excellent captain - professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was also able to provide plenty of recommendations for the rest of our Copenhagen trip, and he helped tee up the big proposal moment perfectly.

Thanks again - the whole experience with GoBoat was fantastic from start to finish.

We made the mistake of not booking a goboat, but were given the option of a guided boat. The best mistake we made. We had an incredibly knowledgeable guide, who was fantastic. The experience was 10/10 and we could not recommend further. If you want one of the best experiences in Copenhagen, ask for a tour by a much younger version of Olivia Coleman.

We had a wonderful time in the boat, independently sailing around the charming and beautiful Copen harbor. The staff was welcoming, the boat in great condition. We really want to come back and do this again.

Wonderful way to celebrate a birthday with my family. It will be an anual tradition now.

Got the tickets as a present, I had a very good and fantastic trip and expire this with my family

If you're in Copenhagen and the weather is nice, don't miss the opportunity to do this. Skip the crowded tourist boats! Unique experience, wonderful, joyous, great in every way. Don't forget to bring something to eat and drink, it'll enhance the experience so much.

Great experience. It’s interesting to see Copenhagen from the water and awesome to be a captain. Boats are easy to navigate, and fun for kids and adults alike. I messed up the reservation and missed our slot, but it was solved with a smile. Can highly recommend.

We were really well received - had good instructions - personel were friendly and receptive. We were proposed a wonderful route which was my biggest concern. We had wonderful weather.

30 degrees and a lot of traffic on the water. But we managed to eat our "smørrebrød" in spite of wind and big waves and had our own little party. Would be nice if you could speed up the boat a bit, you can hardly reach from one end to the other in the harbour as we were told from take off. We really enjoyed the 3 hours though and can highly recommend.

Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to cancel our booking last minute, but GoBoat went extra mile and provided us voacher (they weren't obligated to) which we are so looking forward to use it as soon as we can. Thank you GoBoat

Some goboat service guy sailed by and informed us that we broke the alcohol policy because we were mixing alcohol, which was fair, as we had overlooked it. We were told that the trip was interrupted and we had to go straight back. We complied, but we'd been going at a slow speed since the very beginning since we'd prefer to be slow but safe. He then sailed by again on the way back to tell us that we should sail to the side and that he'd toe it back. We complied, but as we'd gotten everything out, he suddenly changed his mind and then said one had to stay. Don't know why a single person had to stay. Probably just to harass and inconvenience us as much as possible, so we said we'd all go back faster or all leave the boat as originally instructed. I had one beer as the captain and was informed there was a zero tolerance policy. Upon looking into it, it turns out that they can only interrupt the trip if you're visibly drunk. Extremely unprofessional having personel making up rules on the fly. Paid for 3 hours and we barely got two.

Edit 31/08/2020: Was contacted by the owner of GoBoat as he wanted gain clarity of the situation. He was polite and easy to communicate with. We got a voucher for the full time along with an apology, which was way better than I expected as we had technically broken the alcohol policy and were merely unsatisfied with how it was handled. Can't say they don't own up to mistakes and care about correcting wrongs which is the reason for the better rating. We'll be back - this time without hard alcohol ;-)

Tur fra Islands Brygge, to timer, god instruktion, og tidsmæssig perfekt, god modtagelse med retur, intet negativ at sige. Ikke sidste gang, vi tager denne tur.

The experience needed to be re-booked twice due to bad weather and the service was great. Re-booked twice with no fuss.
On July 12, 4 adults and 2 children had great fun! The boat was easy, it was thoroughly clear and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Definitely recommend it. I will do it again in the future.
