The car is almost new
The car is almost new, clean and well-maintained. Technically 100% functional. The Toyota's fuel consumption was 3.4 l/100 km. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Picking up the car was quick, and returning it and transferring it to the airport were even quicker. I recommend it.

everybody was nice and no issues
everybody was nice and no issues. the car was bit tatty for a rental, had quite a few chips and nicks on the bodywork, but gobycar had all those marked up before we got it and in some respects made me less nervous if anyone did knock it. The one thing I really like is the full comprehensive insurance as part of the price, no added sales pitch on collection.

Best experience I’ve had with a car…
Best experience I’ve had with a car rental company. As we all know, car renting is a mine field, so I felt inclined to write a review to encourage others to use Gobycar - a genuinely good company.
Shuttle from the airport was easy and well organised. We were late by an hour or so and they were fine about it.
All the staff were professional and very friendly.
Collection was easy.
Car was good.
Drop off was easy.
Got deposit refunded right away.
Overall a smooth and stress free experience, no attempt to ripoff or over charge, no hidden fees. Just how a car rental company should be.

If there was no stars I would leave no stars the worst customer service , well no customer service they left us stranded and took our 800 pounds and never reimburse a penny . Impossible to speak to anyone .AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I have never had any problems with Gobycar until this new employee started. She is rude, thinks she can shout at customers, and humiliate the staff. Where did you even find someone so completely unprofessional to work for you? Totally incompetent and out of control. I never want to do business with this company again. Terrible management.

Absolutely horrible communication this time after an Issue because I missed a flight via phone. After my try to pick the car up - incorrectly booking again. Took a lot of time to sort this out even if I had there my family.

We recently hired a car from Gobycar at Seville Airport and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience.
After landing, the shuttle was easy to find and arrived quickly, which was a great start to our trip. The driver and office staff were so friendly and welcoming — it immediately felt relaxed and well organised.
What really stood out to us was how straightforward everything was. The paperwork was quick, clearly explained, and there was no pressure at all to buy extra insurance or add-ons. That made such a difference, as we’ve experienced the opposite with other rental companies before. It felt honest and transparent from the start.
The car was spotless, in excellent condition, and exactly what we had booked. Returning it was just as simple — fast, smooth, and no issues.
It genuinely made the start and end of our holiday stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Gobycar again and would highly recommend them to anyone flying into Seville.

Good cars for best price if you have a lot of time to wait for everything
- waiting for the shuttle at Valencia airport 45 minutes. Small shuttle, so some of us has to wait next 15 minutes.
- very long waiting for checkin. I was processed in 3 minutres, but people before me was 30 minutes at counters. I don´t understand what was they doing.
- car in good technical condition, but very dirty inside.
- at checkout, again waing a long for checkout.
