SCUM BAGS. I wish there was a way to give minus stars they are the most useless company ever. I ordered a phone,then 3 and half weeks later after numerous emails it arrived even though it stated 10 working days. they said oh it will be there in 2 day oh just another 2 and so on. Then I returned the phone as it was not in new condtion as state on the site. Then when I returned it they said there going to charge me 50 pounds for handling. It then took them another 4 weeks to refund me beyond a joke. And to top it of they asked for a 5 star on trustpiolt.

This company is SCUM!!
This company is SCUM!!! i bought a tv for £1500 it was the last one in stock i paid, 2 hours later they sent an mail saying i will be refunded they then put up the same tv up for £1900 next day, its been 3 weeks now and still my money is not back in my account, when i call they are rude dismissive and jusy try to get you off the phone. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a TV online approx 5 weeks ago. Paid £549 in full. Was given three separate delivery dates... Non of which happened. The first one they said delivery man was at door and even though I was waiting in on it and no one was at door and no card was left I agreed to two other delivery dates..... Second excuse was that the email sent to me had an error with dates and third excuse was tv was damaged and if be refunded. Even though by this point I had already asked for complaints procedure and a refund. My request to complain was ignored. Now 8 days on I still have no refund and when I phoned again to these people (must be my tenth phone call) I'm informed that they have a dispute with worldpay but I should Co tact my bank as I should be insured. Absolute disgrace. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Corrupt!
