I have used multiple content writers and they are by far the best in terms of quality of work. Sometimes they do take a bit longer time to revise based on given comments. But do use them!

I've scoured the internet for an affordable and effective content writing service and I have to look no further. Even their basic level writing was impressive, grammatically flawless and SEO optimized, would recommend.

I hired Godot Media as I am starting a safari company. I wrote the content for my company but I wanted it to look professional, I suffer from dyslexia so I wanted it to be checked for errors, bad grammar, maybe the sentences needed to be restructured, plagiarism and so on. I specifically requested an American writer.

I was shocked when I got it back and it had way more errors than I sent in. (In their defense, they did use the content from my website and not the file I uploaded to Godot account when I signed up, the website was just to give them a visual of the layout).
But it was still terrible, some of the sentences did not make sense, there were also more errors and they had changed some of the facts, which made me look like I don't know what I am talking about, such as, I wrote about the wildebeest migration in Kenya. I said there were over a million they changed it to thousands, I said the game reserve had Rhinos they changed it to herds of Rhinos, (Rhinos don't live in herds). I said some of the money from the conservancy goes towards, they changed it to all the money goes towards. The content did not seem like it was written by American which Is what I requested
I did complain, and they were very responsive in getting back, the customer service was pretty good. I sent back four times altogether, I spent a lot of time correcting their mistakes and sending it back which defeated the purpose of me hiring the company.
After the fourth time, most of it seemed ok, I did catch a few things they didn't correct, I did like a few of the things they changed.

I dont know if there are still mistakes or how good the content is because they proved to be quite incompetent.

They seem to have many writers and their writing skills differ. We went through a process of choosing writers. The writers we picked became very good with our projects after a period of time, well written, great Business English, straight to the points based on a good understanding of our project purpose.

The manager of the writers is very responsive in email communication and the writers are able to deliver content on short deadlines, which is important to us.

Even though it rarely happens, there's room for improvement when it comes to avoiding plagiarism and late delivery.

If you are to work with them, our recommendation is to continuously evaluate their work quality and deliver feedback to them.

Godot has written many blogs for us for our marketing based on historic facts about the destinations we cruise through. Their service is excellent, quick turn around and spot on the approach we wanted. I recommend Godot for any publications, we will continue to use them.
