Rude and money-hungry invisalign salesperson/dentists
I have previously gone to Godt Smil for minor treatments (mostly cleaning, and some small fillings) and they were fine. But more recently I went to do a check to understand more about invisalign options and the dentist was incredibly rude. I did not feel at all like she cared about my orthodontic needs, as much as she cared about selling me a product. She behaved like a hungry salesman, and a terrible one at that because she couldn't answer simple questions with a proper rationale. She was also very rude in how she talked to me at one point, in a very sarcastic tone. To top it off I was informed that the check in for invisalign was an "offer" and I wouldnt have to pay for anything, only for them to call me a month later saying I am behind on the payment of the check in.

Please don’t go to this clinic as they have no knowledge how to check for underlying issue for the tooth.To be specific they have just made an xray and told re root canal however there was an underlying condition where a cyst has to be removed and then root canal must be done.
They just don’t have the expertise!!!

Friendly and welcoming
Despite being very nervous, all of the staff were extremely helpful and calming.
The dentist I saw was both knowledgeable and reassuring, even when telling me I must have a tooth removed.
The reception staff are especially welcoming and friendly - I don't think I've ever been met so warmly before at the dentist.
I was only supposed to come as an emergency appointment, but I booked to have a check in and follow up with my tooth removal as i felt safe in their hands.

Since childhood, I’ve had a serious trauma when it comes to visiting dental clinics. Just the thought of it would paralyze me and make it impossible to function normally.
This time, however, I had no choice — my wisdom tooth started acting up and had to be removed.
Dr. Bastan approached my concerns with great professionalism and a remarkable amount of empathy. The procedure turned out to be more complex and time-consuming than initially expected, but throughout the entire process, I felt truly cared for and heard.
Special mention also goes to the assistant, who was simply fantastic and made the whole experience even more bearable.
I have to admit, getting a wisdom tooth removed didn’t sound like the ideal way to face my dental trauma — but it worked. From now on, I will definitely remain a regular patient of Dr. Bastan and the GodtSmil clinic.

I do not recommend
Of course the comment from Godt Smill was just another joke from their side.
They prepared incomplete copy of the Scan result - the bad thing is that this is the part not needed now.
I asked for this reult for 16 days.
1. They send me a standard RTG pictures from the past
2. They send me some screenshots from the scan
3. They send me a partial desription of the Scan
4. They prepared a copy of the scan but forget to inform me about this (for 7 days).
5. After 7 days they shared scan result - but only partial result. Additionally the part not needed in the first order.
6. After 19 days of asking and waiting I'm in the starting point having nothing...
This is really UNBELIVABLE how such simple request can be so complex for this institution.
Now I don't wait and don't ask anymore.
I did another scan in another place to have a result and I get a copy 10 minutes after scanning even without asking about.
If GodtSmill wants to be fair they should give my money back.
But I don't really expect they will.
They probably didn't noticed that Patients have to pay for this...
