First and last dentist place i will have in this country
All of them really really made me feel a lot less scared of dentists. From the first visit where i was shaking and crying in that chair, to this one now where i was almost looking forward to it because they are so understanding and welcoming and just overall nice. Apart from the great quality and professional service, of course. Happy with the services provided so far, and I'm definitely not moving from this place as my main dentist. Can absolutely recomment Ann Bach as the 'tandpleje' and the doctor Katrine, will always be scheduling with them.

My experience with GodtSmile Norreport
My experience with GodtSmile Norreport clinic has been extremely frustrating. After paying the full amount immediately following my treatment, I was shocked to receive further invoices with unknown charges 2-3 months later. When I replied them that there were no outstanding payments, they initially claimed that I might have taken their services outside of Denmark. This was absurd, as I didn’t go anywhere outside of Denmark during their invoiced dates. Then, they changed their explanation, saying the charges were for a portion not covered by region _ something I was never informed about during or after my treatment. Understanding my current CPR status that they already aware of, I always pay full amount myself. Their lack of transparency and unhelpful customer service has made this experience incredibly disappointing.

I had an awful experience today
I had an awful experience I Slagelse Godt Smil today! I had an appointment at 14 and met the dentist at 14:45!!! The dentist did not respect, and she treated me as crazy. That I don’t understand anything! For one canal root treatment I have to be there 3 times and pay for anesthesia and X-ray every time since, I had no pain or infection! She did not respect her patients time as well! I think Godt Smile should think about their employees carefully!

Very nice experience at Godt Smil Horsens
I got an implant in my home country recently (5th August) and unfortunately, I got an abscess (noticed it on 16th August). I stressed so much about it so when I called for an appointment I was chaotic, almost crying. When I called I was told exactly what to expect (experience + costs) which was a very important aspect for me - to know what can happen. I got an appointment the same day (19th August) - got it drained, and got a prescription for anitbiotics. During the procedure I was asked if I am okay/need an injection if the pain is unbearable which was not. Mostly, was because I was scared so I got a break to calm myself where I did not felt rushed or judged. I had so many questions and the dentist answered all of them - he was honest about what might happen but reassured me that we take it one step at a time, I will be fine no matter what - again, this was another important aspect for me. Everybody was kind and helpful, they had the patience to listen to me and made sure that we discussed everything that I needed to know.
