I frequently buy equipment from GoElectronic for an educational service. Their selection is great, the prices are competitive, but most of all the speed of their order fulfillment and shipping is superior. And their team (Tyler Hirsch ..and others, sorry I forget names) has helped me with some complex shipping situations as we send gear to various parts of the world. They are easy to reach and quick to respond in a human (not mechanical) fashion. Much appreciated in these times!

Shortly after I submitted my order for a new camera, Go Electronic contacted me to inform me that my item was on backorder. As soon as it was back in stock (which was less than a week), I received an email notification that my camera had shipped. They upgraded my shipping to next day for free. I gave them no fit, but the treated my order with a high level of importance.

I needed a controller for several Sony EVI cameras. I tried the RCC1000. It worked right out of the box. I've been happy with the way it works. Also, the control cables were priced reasonably.
