I bought the shoes less than a month ago in Berlin and after a couple of days they broke. The seam is torn, it is not damage from use, but actually a structural failure of the shoes. I tried to have them fixed but the value of the reparation is higher than the price of the shoes. I contacted Goerzt via their client service but no answer so far.

Shipping, price, ordering progression and quality is good; however, the customer service and refund process is a bit slow, therefore one star cut.

I ordered shoes in a special price and 2 days after I received an email that they cancelled my orded and I recived a small discount from Görtz for my next purchase but of course, selected shoes are now in a normal price so even with the discount I will not get the previous price and my size is not available anymore so simply they sell more product they have in stock.
I am very disappointed and I will serach for these shoes in other shops (as they are not unique and other shops also offer discounts)…. I dont recommend

I have sent more than 4 messages to the seller, just a few minutes (6 minutes later) after the "wrong" order. I have not received any response. While I chose the right pair of my shoes to order (number: 40) after I paid, another pair of shoes appeared in my emails from the original link. Please cancel this order (10005053351), you don't send the parcel and refund me so to proceed with a new order with the right shoes! I am sorry but you are unacceptable. (New note): I have sent you at least 5 cancellation emails - I sent your first cancellation message in 6! minutes after the order (your system error) - and now 4 hours later you are sending me a message that you just sent the package ... This is really Sad I ordered for a boot since the 9th of August and till date I have not gotten any feedback or what so ever about the my package(boot)..

Please I would love to know what is really going??

I ordered some shoes from this company last week (Order no; 10003346817). A day later I got the confirmation that the shoes were sent. Well,... that's what Goertz claims, but it never arrived at DHL. Emails asking what is going on have not been replied to at all - and instead, all I get is daily emails about their new offers (each promising fast delivery - how ironic!!).... In short: no shoes, no service -only daily SPAM.

For those who don’t speak German - stay away from this company! It’s a total joke, if something goes wrong you will never get your money back.
My package was delivered to some neighbor who doesn’t exist!!! And when I call and email goertz they keep saying “but it is delivered , check with your neighbor” - it looks like they don’t even have any history of ongoing cases to refer to! I had to explain everything 20 times only to get the same reaction all over again. I want my money, I already ordered shoes elsewhere and got them long ago and 2 months later I’m still waiting for my refund from your company. First I was told The carrier should refund me (why on earth???? Did I order shoes from them? No! They failed to deliver but it’s your partner, not mine! ). Now you want me to prove I haven’t received the package. I have sent the document you requested. And again no reply for a week! How much longer will it take for you to solve this? My order is 10002922469 and I’m not going to send you another email like you suggest everyone here should do. You can take it from here and just finally refund or you can wait until my lawyer contacts you. Either way, I’m not going without my money.
