If I could give this company -1 star I would!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! We bought 2 Ebikes from them. We paid shipping (when the website claims for free delivery) We received them almost a week later when they claim next day delivery. I have no communication of delivery, no proper invoice. They showed up at my house without email notification at 23:30pm on a Saturday evening and claimed they have been trying to contact me when they had done no such thing!
Within less than a week of using the bikes, the one bike battery just died when it hit 65% (we traveled less than 12km and it would die) the second bike worked for 2 days and then stopped turning on. We contacted them on every platform possible, Instagram, Facebook, email, WhatsApp and evening called them on normal phone call and WhatsApp call. No reply. On the website it says you can return within 14 days. We were returning within the first week of purchase but no one replied to any of our communications. The phone wouldn’t ring and would go straight to voicemail. WhatsApp would double tick and would call them but no answer. We had to contact the credit card company to freeze payment to them. We have contacted them telling them what we have done and that the bikes need to be collected. Still no reply. We have now informed them that we no longer have space to store the bikes indoors due to purchasing new bikes so the bikes will sit locked outside come rain or sunshine until they collect them.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! PLEASE! We also found out that these bikes and their batteries were 11 years old! And we paid just under €500 per bike!!! SHOCKING!
