We bought a fatbike for my sons birthday and the delivery was set to the weekend of his birthday.
Unfortunately the order was late and we wanted to cancel and contacted customers service before we recieved the bike. They replied that it had already been sent so cancellation was impossible.
We informed that we would probably return the order and finally did so 4 days after we received the bike.
The answer from Them was that it is very expenssive to return such a heavy item.
We had already considered that and wanted to return it anyway no matter the cost of the return,
The bike is still in the package and have not even been opened.
They still to this day refuse to let us return it, so we want to warn other customers about this matter.

He’s easy to talk to, knows a lot about bikes, and always takes the time to answer questions. You can tell he works hard and cares about customers. Because of people like Deon, Go Fat Bike has a great vibe and is a shop I would definitely recommend.
