Little Too Long Winded
The actual process of obtaining the 'gift card' is long winded and not too easy to follow at times. It should be a lot more user friendly. I hate to think what would happen it it failed during one of the stages.

"Thanks for replying, but I’ll give more context about what happened to me. I can’t use that first redemption because it asks for phone verification in Korea. That’s why you can see in my history that I redeemed a Steam card of the minimum value just to test. In the end, I ended up using the $100 on things I’ll barely use because there are no steam cards in LATAM (Brazil–Peru). I understand that this is due to Steam’s own company policy, but since the giveaway I won said ‘global gift’ with the mention of Steam, I really thought I could

Great idea to give gift options!
Nice, easy process, but some confusion at the end to actually receive the QR code for the card online. That part could be made a little simpler in my opinion. There are lots of options where you can use the gift cards, so would make a nice gift for anyone.

Artificial But Not Intelligent
I enjoy doing surveys and had £100 worth of points to spend on 5 x £20 Amazon Vouchers. The survey company use GoGift to fulfil the order. This involved 5 e-mails from the survey company and at least 10 from GG as well as 5 downloads. Each separate voucher required its own verification which was tedious in the extreme. Even after passing some of the hurdles, for some reason, I wasn't recognised as "human". The Amazon system in contrast was near perfect with £100 being added to my account in about a minute. Whoever designed the GoGift system could not have made their system less user-friendly.
