Faultless customer service
Purchased a r/c Speedboat for my grandsons birthday which was delivered promptly and well packaged. I had a small issue with the item after one use, however the customer service from GoGo Gadget was faultless (thank you Peter !) and the issue was sorted quickly and to my complete satisfaction. All in all the products were lovely…
All in all the products were lovely quality. Nice build quality. But lacking in size. I was particularly disappointed in the size of the Arc de Triomphe 3-D puzzle I ordered. It’s very hard to tell the scale on a picture. But I thought it would’ve been much bigger than its actual size. I supposed to many this is just a niggle. The delivery was perfect. Expected it to be longer than usual then it was with Covid these things are to be expected but overall a very good experience
