Gogodoc provides a fantastic service.
I have used it several times when I was unable to access NHS services.

I have always had a prompt response from sympathetic, well qualified doctors, including the issuing of online prescriptions after a full clinical assessment. This is very reassuring when anxieties arise about health and well worth the reasonable costs.
Highly recommended.

I recently experienced exceptional service! After booking a telephone consultation, I received a prompt phone call from the doctor. The consultation was thorough and the illness was diagnosed quickly. Following the consultation, I was provided with an electronic prescription. However, there was a minor misspelling on the prescription, so I reached out via email. The issue was promptly resolved, and a corrected prescription was issued without delay.

Unfortunately, two pharmacies did not have one of the prescribed medications in stock. I contacted Gogodoc again, and they responded promptly. A new prescription was issued for the medication that was unavailable at the pharmacies. The level of professionalism and efficiency demonstrated throughout this process was truly commendable.

The virtual consultation was on time and immediate. The doctor was very personable and provided excellent advice.

Requested a referral, as the NHS had messed up the test and I wanted to go private. I do not have my referral, I was told I needed blood tests, despite the NHS booking me in for the test without them. I’ve had no kidney problems, but apparently I can’t have the test I need without a blood test. Don’t waste your money, and go elsewhere.

Update: the place I was trying to book a CT scan with contrast confirmed that I do not need a blood test as I have no history of kidney problems or diabetes. I wasted my time and money with this company. They do not answer the phone. They are unprofessional and seem to lack knowledge when it comes to processes for investigations.

Dr Lavan Varathan is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Very understanding and always giving solutions. The process is also very quick and simple. I called Gogodoc to book an appointment and Hitch who I spoke to was so kind and nice, able to get me an appointment very quickly and knows how to make good coffee!

I recommend Gogodoc to all my friends and family.

My Health Journey:

I have known Dr. Lavan for a while now. He looked after me during sometime around pandemic, due to my episodes of panic attacks and anxiety ( I am over it! and I do not take anymore antidepressants)
Few weeks ago this year, I was diagnosed with anemia caused by uterus fibroids and hypothyroidism after doing some blood tests at his clinic.

I cannot express how happy and grateful I am to have someone like Dr. Lavan who is so caring and professional. Instead of putting me straight on hormonal drugs, we are treating my condition using a homeopathic approach. This involves focusing on good food intake, a healthy lifestyle, and holistic treatments that can help me heal naturally.

This is the best GP service I’ve ever used. From booking onwards I felt heard, understood and cared for. My condition is complex because I’m disabled and having a doctor like Dr Diamandis is a blessing. She is engaged, communicative, and so reassuring. I recommend this service without reservation

Paid for an appointment because my toddler is sick. Booked 3pm-6pm slot. Immediately get email saying no one available until 9pm. Now 9.26, no one called. Lets see if I get a refund.

I've used this practice a few times now and each time has been a delight. The doctors are very good and have always been able to help. Dr. Rakesh Patel especially. The receptionist is wonderful and knows how to make a good coffee! I tend to read reviews and each to their own but I can't see anything wrong with this place. I will be back and not just for the coffee.

Excellent service

Making the appointment was super easy. At the appointed time I clicked the link and saw the doctor within seconds. I was diagnosed and the prescription sent to my phone. Same day appointments and great care, what’s not to love about this doctor service.

Quick and easy to book and my doctor was excellent. I wouldn’t have been able to get a normal GP appointment for days but with this I booked my appointment at 3.15pm, had the appointment at 3.45pm and was collecting my prescription at 4.30pm.

Excellent service. Doctor was very thorough and asked lots of questions before providing a script. I felt listened to and doctor was understanding and easy to talk to. A script was provided quickly and further advice given bc as to how to manage symptoms. Definitely will use this service again.

Needed a referral for a private heart CT scan. The consultation (with Dr Varathan, I presume, based on the referral document's signature) proceeded smoothly and efficiently and was to the point. All the essential points were grasped immediately and later comprehensively included in the expedited referral letter.

Dr was great! Very thorough and efficient. Lots of questions asked before he prescribed my son with antibiotics. Very friendly Dr, happy with the service and efficiency. Will use you again.

Dr Lavan saved me a load of time and hassle. I’ve moved to London for work and left my prescription at my home up north and was in need of it. He was able to provide me with a prescription that I picked up from the pharmacy on the same day saving me going without for a few days or going back home to get it. So pleased, saved me a right headache
