A truly outstanding service
A truly outstanding service - once I registered and booked an appointment, a doctor called me within 20 minutes, listened carefully to my symptoms and issued an online prescription which I was able to collect immediately. The whole process was less than an hour and my meds have already started to relieve my symptoms. I am so grateful, especially as my GP surgery is closed being the Easter weekend. I would highly recommend Gogodoc.

I was really impressed with this…
I was really impressed with this service as the first time I was using it. Although it was difficult getting the prescription due to shortages but the process of using the code was actually very easy. I think it was Doctor Srivastava that I spoke to (my apologies if I am wrong) but he was extremely helpful and listened and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much. Reasonable price, too.

Dr Varathan was extremely helpful
Dr Varathan called us promptly, was very helpful and issued a prescription which saved us from having to take our 3year old to a busy walk-in clinic/A&E due to an extremely painful ear infection that escalated after our NHS GP practice had closed for the day.

Excellent Service - quick and simple to use
Fast, efficient and easy to book and appointment and get the help you need (particularly when for the same appointment at my GP surgery, I was told I’d not get an appointment for weeks…

Superb service
Struggling with a chest infection and unable to get an NHS appointment for 10 days a friend recommended gogodoc. I cannot fault the service at all. From the consultation where I felt my symptoms were understood to the dispensing of the prescription it all worked like a dream. Highly recommend and would use again

WOW - chicken pox fit to fly
WOW! after my eldest coming out in chicken pox and still being visibly "poxy" 1 day before we were due to fly and our GP being utterly useless within getting a fit to fly letter. I googled and found GOGODOC. i called to arrange the consultation for him and mentioned having a younger child who is asymptomatic and being worried about needing to get him a fit to fly too in case the airline were a little pedantic.
well.... our doctor DR lavan, even went as far as not charging for the younger child consultation and providing us with 2x fit to fly letters within 1 hour of the initial consultation. i would recomend this service to anyone !

Dr Lavan was just brilliant. So kind and gentle with my elderly mother - but got to the bottom of her health issues and did a really thorough check up. We felt v reassured after his visit.
