Good quality, poor communications

I'm not pleased why we opted to pay for a specific date of delivery and specific cost would be informed that our delivery would be delayed because of endless excuses from their production team. Pls stop operating in silos. If you wish to run an online business, your ENTIRE operations from communication, production AND delivery need to be in sync.

Gogoprint is the printer to go

Have been using Gogoprint for our printed materials for many years, and find that they keep getting better! With user-friendly & intuitive website, reasonable price and excellent customer service, it is highly recommended!

Quick and hassle free

I can design the card myself with the template. When I had some issues, the response was quick. After submitting the order online, the product was sent faster than expected.

Good, just need improvement on the delivery part

Not bad. Service was good except delivery part. item was left outside the house (don't know how late) till next morning. Discovered by family who was leaving house.
Hope delivery personnel can be more careful of the items they deliver. We paid for the items.
