I'll update this review later today with detailed explanation and see if I also get a response from Autopot as I was trying to purchase their products through this retailer.
At the moment in summary, this store has some very rude staff. It's a little hit and miss as the first person I spoke to was pleasant however the autopot specialist was a very rude person. I think the company knows that their service is problematic. I do hope Trustpilot realise that the worst companies are the ones that are attempting to have their reviews removed. The purpose of Trustpilot is to help protect consumers.

A blossoming business with great products
Our catering business specialises in the food from the Mediterranean and Middle East and we are always looking at using fresh, locally grown produce to make sure our clients get the best from us. Through their expertise, GoGrow have given us the opportunity to maintain this ethos by growing much of our own produce in the right atmosphere to reflect our speciality cuisine.
