I have made 3 decent sized precious metal purchases from G&S Online, and each and every order was shipped in a timely manner. The greatest thing about G&S Online is the acceptance of ACH payments. Other sites require a physical check to be mailed, waits for it to clear etc...ACH is so much easier. I just wished they carried more inventory.

This was my first purchase with GoldandSilverOnline, and the lady who took my order was courteous and patient. She answered my questions and then we did a quick recorded session regarding the purchase. I liked that. I placed my order on a Friday, and it shipped on Monday (and this was only for a sleeve of silver rounds and 4 eagles- so its not like I'm a high roller) I received an email with tracking info and was able to track my package daily. When it arrived, I found everything securely packed and the four silver eagles I had also ordered were in plastic flips, which had been placed in an envelope and wrapped in bubble wrap. All coins appeared to be exactly as advertised - BU- but I did notice some really tiny nicks on a couple of the Sunshine Mint rounds - really tiny. Hey, I'm not into this for numismatics, but rather for the bullion, so I'm very pleased. A++ experience, and I will definitely buy from again!
