Absolutely first class service from Colin and his crew. Bought my 50+ years old Omega Speedmaster back to life after it stopped working a year or so ago. Much quicker turn round than I thought it would be, kept me informed and updated. Would recommend this company to anyone who has an old watch which has seen better days. Competitive price when compared with what Omega would charge for such a service. Thank you Colin and staff you are stars 🌟

My Citizen watch was unrepairable according to Citizen themselves due to discontinued parts. I'd previously contacted a number of watch repair companies including overseas, to get my watch repaired, no joy. Then I found Colin from Goldbank, he sourced the parts required and got my watch working perfectly again, kept me informed along the way and I am really grateful for his time and expertise in resurrecting a watch which lay broken for approx 7 years, all at a very reasonable price too. The service I had with Goldbank was superb. Repaired my watch where other 'Watch repairers' said it wasnt possible as Bulova didnt have spares. Colin sorted it very quickly as it turned out to be a simple repair. I fully recommend Goldbank fully.

Colin repaired my TAG Heuer watch and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The price was very good, the turnaround was smooth, and the watch now looks absolutely brand new. Thank you Rihanna for helping my wife and I with our first experience selling a number of unwanted gold items. While we had a rough idea of what two sovereigns and a 24k ring were worth, you patiently and professionally went through the bag of items that I thought were worthless but, thanks to your knowledge, added another £800 to the value. Terrible offered 600 under melt on a belcher bracelet gold and they sell silver 50 percent over its melt value waste a time going here if you enjoy being straight ripped off then go see gold bank if not go long Eaton and cut town out for gold and silver all together waste of time

Had a few bits of old jewellery to sell and having done a similar thing a few years ago which involved visiting lots of shops and getting quite a range of prices I didn’t want to do that this time. I’d heard the adverts on the radio, read some reviews and had a couple of people recommend this company so decided to visit. Shannon was very welcoming and helpful, she soon sorted out the things that were not gold and then gave me a valuation for the items they were able to buy. I was quite happy to accept it and the money was in my account before I left the shop. They make the process easy and straightforward. You may get more if you go elsewhere, but you may not and I was very happy with the offer I got, plus I have saved having to drag round shop after shop. Thank you, very happy with the service and found Shannon very pleasant and friendly.

Bought a lovely Tag off Colin, outstanding service, great communication, next day delivery. Couldn't view watch in person, but delivered as described, if not better.

See a Cartier watch being advertised on TikTok, started a conversation with Colin. We discussed the watch then finally agreed a price. Collected this weekend, just met Colin in person absolutely lovely guy and very knowledgable. Will not hesitate to do business with them again.

Great Service today from Malachi

I had a couple of Gold Rings that I hadn't worn for years.

I had them valued yesterday, out of interest by a large national company, at £630 for the pair.

As I left the shop, an absolute stranger suggested I try Gold Bank at Nottingham. I rang Gold Bank and spoke to Malachi, who offered me 75% more over the phone.

I attended the shop today, half expecting to be offered less. I met with Malachi who gave me the exact price he'd quoted the previous day.

I will now be waiting outside the other shop advising absolute strangers to try Gold Bank!

We visited today and dealt with Shannon, the service that was provided was second to none, we were escorted into a private room and the sale of our gold was made incredibly easy. We were given a very good price and the money was in our account before we left. All in all it was a very easy and stress free experience, would definitely recommend

Went into Gold Bank to sell an antique diamond ring ! Knew roughly what it was worth due to researching it .Young man ( supposedly Diamond expert) wasn't sure of much !! Asked me what carat it was 1.7 weighed it and offered £119 for the 18 carat gold and £150 ( joke ) for the Diamond 💎 he said he could easily buy one for that ? obviously we said worth more than that ? So he said go elsewhere then. Walked up the road to another jeweller/ pawnbrokers and got £1000 within 10 minutes ,they said it will resell as an Antique ring .So I guess moral of the story is don't expect a Diamond expert in Gold Bank as they don't have one !!!
