IVe been using golden curl product since 5 years. I had an issue after 4 years of use and with the 5years waranty I have received a New product. The process was well explained and the support team was very helpfull.

It's a very good product, but it got damaged in a very bad way. It was like a small explosion and dangerous. It was possible to get a new one, and the stuff of golden curl was very helpful, and they explained how to get the new hair straightener.

This curler is the best. Curls last long for week. Delivery was quick and email respond time was very fast. Overall best product.

This is one of the best brands i have ever used. They offer a great customer service, very fast and efficient. I got my device within a few days.

Such a good hair straightener. My fav hair tool. Unfortunately it broke after a while but customer service were very helpful and efficient in sending me a new one after I activated the warranty

The Golden Curl Deutschland Curler is a great product. Unfortunately my curler broke. But as you have a five-year guarantee, you can easily exchange it. That's what I did. Only after 3 or 4 days my new curler arrived. Great experience. The service employee was also very friendly and asked if everything went well. I can truely recommend Golden Curly.

I bought some straighteners from the ideal home show so much better than GHDS these do not pull my hair at all or make it look dry. I was upset when they stopped working, but the service has been amazing. I returned and paid to send them back to Bulgaria under the 5 year warranty and I received a brand new pair yesterday evening. Best straighteners and great service and kept up to date the whole way through. Thank you so much :)

I contact your side after purchase and ask for the delivery status. Your side said I will get a confirmation after delivery but I got nothing even I got my package.

I bought a straightener for more than 4 years ago. Suddenly it stopped working so I sent an email to golden curl and returned my straightener and got a brand new one and only payed for the shipping. Service is top top so thankful for this brand

My wife's straightener got broken and all I had to do was pay the 25e and she received a brand new one within 1 week. She's been using this product now for more than 10yrs and has been very happy with it. Customer service is also top. We truly recommend golden curls products!

The shipment arrived well and in good condition, a good brand

I had issues with my Golden Curl - Gold device and contacted Support. They advised me how to proceed and few weeks later I received completely new device. From my point of view, 5 stars for support.
